System Enhancement

The E-Tendering System has been upgraded to 2008 Window Server effective 14 Feb 2011. The upgrade has included some minor enhancements e.g. inclusion of Prequalification Q&A process to the system. There will be a little bit difference for some of the screens and drop down menu. You may refer to the User Guide for details.

Reminder - Digital Certificate Requirement

To participate in the E-tendering System, registered user MUST have a valid Digital Certificate verified with the System. Else, you might not be able to be invited or submit offer via the System. Application Procedures for Digital Certificate, please refer to User Guide as mentioned below.

1. Call our Help Desk at telephone no. (852) 8109 1821 during office hours (Mon. to Fri. 09:00-19:00, Sat 09:00-13:00 Hong Kong Time), or

3. Refer to the self-help tool Frequent Asked Questions, or
4. Download and refer to the User Guide after login as a registered user (by clicking "User Guide") or as a guest (by clicking "Site Map" and then "Download www.hkextender.com's user guide").
